The Born This Way Foundation is being launched to tackle the same issues that Lady gaga addresses in the song's lyrics: "self-confidence, well-being, anti-bullying, mentoring and career development through research, education and advocacy." According to Billboard, the event is scheduled for a feature on Oprah Winfrey's show 'Oprah's Next Chapter' on her Own Tv network. Other attendees and speakers at the event include Deepak Chopra (an author and expert on issues such as spirituality and mid-body medicine) and the US Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius.
