Reese Wither spoon appeared in a Tennessee court on Friday (11May12) in a reported emergency conservator ship case as her parents are embroiled in a bigamy lawsuit . Mary Elizabeth Wither spoon, known as Betty, filed a lawsuit in Davidson County, Tennessee on Tuesday (08May12) alleging the Legally Blonde star's father John Wither spoon wed another woman while still married to her. She claims John exchanged vows with Patrician Taylor on 14 January (12) and she is seeking to have that union annulled, insisting she doesn't want a divorce , despite the pair being separated for several years. Suspect in Tennessee kidnap case charged with murder

Authorities in Tennessee on Wednesdaycharged the man being hunted in the kidnapping of a Tennessee family with first degree murder in the deaths of the mother and her oldest girl, according to court records.Adam Mayes was charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Jo Ann Bain, 31, and her oldestdaughter, Adrienne, 14, according to Hardeman County courecords. Bain's two younger daughters are still missing.Mayes' wife Teresa Mayes, who has admitted to police shedrove the four victims from Tennessee to the site in Mississippi where the bodies of the mother and daughter were laterdiscovered, was also charged with first-degree murder in their deaths.The Federal Bureau of Investigation, meanwhile, said it hasadded Adam Mayes to its "Ten Most Wanted Fugitive List." Mayesremains at large and is believed to still be holding the two younger Bain girls, Alexandria, 12, and Kyliyah, 8.
