Los Angeles might seem to be the nation's capital for gridlock, but according to Inrix, a provider of traffic data and information, the City Of Angels doesn't have the worst traffic in the United States. Inrix says that the city of Honolulu wins that dubious honor, with drivers wasting 58 hours a year on average on congested roads. The Inrix study shows that drivers in other major cities are still spending a fair number of hours stuck in traffic, too. While Los Angeles ranked a close second to Honolulu, those in San Francisco spent almost 48 additional hours in the car because of traffic. The news wasn't all bad, though. Inrix says overall congestion was down 30 percent in 2011 from the year before, and notes that of the 100 cities it surveyed, 70 of them logged lower rates of congestion year over year. Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg updated his status to "married" on Saturday. Zuckerberg and 27-year-old Priscilla Chan tied the knot at a small ceremony at his Palo Alto, Calif., home, capping a busy week for the couple, according to a guest authorized to speak for the couple. The person spoke only on the condition of anonymity. Zuckerberg took his company public in one of the most anticipated stock offerings in Wall Street history Friday. And Chan graduated from medical school at the University of California, San Francisco, on Monday, the same day Zuckerberg turned 28, the person said. The couple met at Harvard and have been together for more than nine years, the person said. Zuckerberg designed the ring featuring "a very simple ruby," according to the person. Twenty thousand Arizona Diamondbacks fans sported full-arm tattoos at Chase Field over the weekend. Beauty, as they say, is in the eye of the tattoo artist's needle, but the attractiveness of these intricate nylon sleeves was that they could be removed at the end of the night. The right to bare arms was protected, and everybody went to school or work or the senior center Monday without needing a tattoo-concealing long-sleeve shirt on a 103-degree day. The Occupy movement targeted May Day as the day "the people of the planet will take to the streets." Crowds formed in many major cities, joining protesters worldwide on International Workers Day to demand economic equality.  But the day remained mostly peaceful. Promised stoppages of mass transportation and commerce by the Occupy movement largely fizzled across the country. Overall, there were a modest number of arrests and clashes in a handful of cities. Many of the demonstrators reported splinter groups dressed mostly in black who turned demonstrations violent.
