Rihanna turns the tables on beach Paparazzi

If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. That seemed to be Rihanna's motto over the weekend while vacationing in Hawaii, where she found herself (surprise, surprise) trailed by a gaggle of paparazzi on the beach. Determined to get their shots, the pesky paps followed the "Disturbia" songstress — who was donning a cowboy hat and itsy bitsy bikini — into the Pacific, where Rihanna approached one of the photographers and grabbed his camera. After a friend snapped a pic of the in-water incident, Rihanna tweeted it out to her more than 18 million Twitter followers with the note, "Me high jackin the PaPz."  The "highjacking" was apparently all in good fun, as Rihanna continued to goof around with the guys, at one point getting a bunch of the photogs in the water with her for a picture, which she also posted to her Twitter account, along with the comment: "What is life when u make the Papz get in the water and take shotz."    And ...

Excellent Dramatic 'save' on 'American Idol'

The 'American Idol' selection was very awesome. And“American Idol” results were surprising this week ... but shouldn’t have been. Jessica Sanchez , a favorite of the judges all season, received the fewest number of votes. Of course, she wasn’t actually eliminated, a decision that became somewhat less dramatic when Steven Tyler took a look at the bottom three -- Jessica, Joshua Ledet and Elise Testone -- and told Ryan Seacrest that the judges would be using their one save of the season. Still, Jessica didn’t have to sing her exit song for more than a few seconds before Jennifer Lopez led the judges on stage to make it official. Few would have predicted the bottom three vote-getters. Jessica hadn’t been in that position all season, and the praise bestowed on her has gotten more and more lavish each week. (Given her struggles Thursday, expect the judges to literally toss roses to her when she performs next time.) Joshua was at his best when he covered Bruno Mars, so it’s har...

Rihanna wanted to work with Chris Brown

Rihanna is a very popular lady at that time in the world. She is awesome. Rihanna has explained that she decided to work with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown on two new remixes because he is "hot". Rihanna and Chris broke up back in 2009, after he brutally assaulted her on the eve of the Grammy Awards. After having no public contact for several years, the pair shocked fans by recording two remixes together earlier this year.Rihanna explained to Ryan Seacrest that she wanted to work with Chris again because he is "the hottest R&B artist out right now". "You know, I thought about rappers, and I've done that so many times, and the hottest R&B artist out right now is Chris Brown," Rihanna said during the radio interview. "So I wanted him on the track and then in turn he was like, 'Why don't you do the remix to my track?' and it was a trade-off." But she played down rumours that the former couple are getting back together, claimin...
