A Ukrainian reporter got a little too jiggy with Will Smith at the Moscow premiere for Men in Black 3 -- earning a shove and light slap from the angry movie star, clearly annoyed at having a strange man kiss him repeatedly on the face. The footage, shows Smith in his typical good spirits making his way down the red carpet, openly accepting an embrace from the reporter. But things grow quickly tense as the man, wearing a white blazer, plants two kisses on either side of Smith's face, during which the two men's mouths come in close contact. "What the hell is your problem, buddy?!" Smith says as he pushes the reporter away, then back-hand slaps him on the cheek. Moments later, a slightly shaken Smith is heard to say, "He's lucky I didn't sucker-punch him."  

The Federal Trade Commission has spoken and Skechers USA (SKX) owes $40 million in the latest example of bad behavior in advertising. It turns out that slipping on Skechers $100 Shape-ups shoes will not give you a Kim Kardashian-like body; the reality star appeared in ads to tout the product the company claimed would help you get trim and tone up, due to its specially curved bottom (the kind of bottom the shoes won't help you get). If you bought a pair of the shoes -- or of Skechers Resistance Runner, Toners and Tone-up shoes -- you can go here to file for a refund, which most of the settlement will go toward paying out. It remains to be seen how much you might get, as it depends on how many dissatisfied customers file. A separate settlement involving 44 states and D.C. will pay out $5 million. In front of more than 60,000 people on the LA Galaxy's first visit to Montreal, David Beckham dusted off his old free-kick brilliance to equalize in the 62nd minute against the Impact. Montreal got off to an early lead with a goal from Davy Arnaud in the 8th minute, but Beckham proved that he cannot be out-Dave'd. Beckham launched one of his trademark set pieces past former teammate Donovan Ricketts and into the top corner for his second goal of the season. Hawthorne was returning from the ball park to his home in northeast Washington last week when he saw two large dogs terrorizing the kids, some of whom were forced to flee to the roof of a parked car, WJLA reported . The children were able to run to safety while Hawthorne confronted the dogs with a knife. The dogs attacked Hawthorne, biting him on the left arm and left hand, and he is receiving rabies shots.

In a matter of days, One World Trade Center could be the tallest building in Manhattan and one of the tallest in the world. The building is expected to be taller than New York's iconic Empire State Building, which currently rises 1,250 feet to the 102nd floor observation deck. One World Trade is being built on the site of the original World Trade Center towers - or Twin Towers. They were the tallest buildings in the city, but were destroyed in the Sept. 11 terror attacks, in which an estimated 3,000 people were killed. The progression of construction on One World Trade can be seen in a two-minute, time-lapse video from EarthCam, the international webcam technology company. Construction is estimated to be finished in 2013 or 2014. One World Trade Center will stand 1,776 feet tall. The construction began six years ago. TMZ reports that the multimillion-dollar contract makes the deal the richest in reality TV history, and that family members Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe, as well as parents Kris and Bruce Jenner, will earn equal pay, and they'll receive most of the money. Lesser stars Kendall, Kylie, and Rob will be paid equally but less than the others. Scott Disick and son Mason, as well as Khloe's husband, Lamar Odom, will pocket separate fees. The contract applies only to shows that currently exist, but the deal also secures first-look rights to all the family's nonscripted show ideas. Russian scientists released video footage of an extremely rare male adult albino orca, dubbed Iceburg. Although the video was recorded in 2010, scientists have hopes of relocating the 16-year-old by launching a new search for him and his family. Living in a group of 13, Iceburg was spotted as his dorsal fin broke the surface while swimming with his pod. Thought to be the only living white orca in the entire ocean, Iceburg has ignited excitement throughout the marine mammal world. New video footage has been released from inside Delta Flight 1063, which made an emergency landing at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport on Thursday. The new video  was captured by a Delta passenger who was filming the flight's takeoff as a flock of birds flew past the passenger window moments before striking the plane's right engine. The site has also posted video from just after the plane's emergency landing, during which a passenger discusses their experience. You can also view this footage taken from inside the plane moments after the bird strike occurred. Delta Flight 1063 was originally headed for Los Angeles, but was able to safely return to JFK after the engine malfunction took place. CNN correspondent Ali Velshi was on the flight and reports hearing "a loud grinding noise" and feeling the plane shaking shortly after takeoff. "Marvel's The Avengers" is hitting screens everywhere in three weeks.  This past Wednesday, the film had its big Hollywood premiere, and after the screening Twitter was ablaze with positive comments from those who saw it.  (Full disclosure: I was there and it is indeed awesome.)  But is the movie really finished, or are the Avengers assembling one last time?   On Thursday the cast came together for a press conference in Beverly Hills, and Robert Downey Jr. let it slip that the superhero group might not be done saving the world.  At the end of the event, Movieline reports Downey stated, "Not to keep you guessing, but we're actually not done shooting. This is the surprise video. Really it is awesome.This video has surfaced that some claim shows a saucer-shaped UFO zooming past the window of a passenger airplane flying over Seoul, South Korea. In the video, the unidentified passenger is filming the otherwise uneventful view from the plane's window. Suddenly he makes a startled sound as the white saucer-like image comes into view. Later in the video, the purported UFO image is magnified. Ultimately, it looks more like an ivory colored bowler hat than a piece of futuristic flying technology.
