Internship & Carrer
Creating employability is one of the primary goals of the MBA Food and Wine program. Therefore, interaction between theory and practice is an essential part of the curriculum: master lectures, testimonials, analysis of business cases, and incompany visits will take place throughout the year and will go side by side the core academic courses.

The program also includes a 500-hour internship scheduled in the last period of the program (June - September 2013). All applicants are eligible to apply regardless of their nationality. Scholarships are merit-based (both academic as well as professional merit) and cover tuition costs only.
Honour
Also, thanks to an agreement between Alma Graduate School and UniCredit, MBA participants are also eligible to apply for a long-term and low-interest (no collateral required) honor loan. In addition, all students can benefit from an additional 10,000 euro loan, designed to help them cover their living expenses in Bologna during the academic year.
Work Study Program
The Alma Graduate School Work Study Program (WSP) gives a limited number of selected students the possibility of receiving extra financial aid in exchange for their collaboration on various school projects, examples of which may include research, consulting, and development activities.  Student life
Since 1088, people have come from all around the world to study in Bologna: a strategic crossroads in Europe, where science, technology and entrepreneurship meet values, culture and lifestyle. At Alma Graduate School we blend our academic knowledge with the managerial experience and practice of the most innovative and successful companies.

Students join an international community of alumni, executives and professors. One year in our business school is an unforgettable experience and the beginning of a lifelong membership in a powerful professional network.

Alma Graduate School
is located in Villa Guastavillani, a XVI century residence at the foothills of Bologna, less than ten minutes from the city centre, where history, tradition and technology live side by side in a framework of natural beauty. The school provides on-campus facilities for students, faculty and staff: reading rooms, computer labs, the Aula Magna, multimedia and conference rooms, not to mention the restaurant and gym.

Alma Graduate School's state of the art computer labs and technological equipments are always available to students, as well as Alma's protected wireless network, which fully covers Villa Guastavillani and its premises. A shuttle bus connects the school with major bus stations in downtown Bologna in less than 10 minutes. Public parking is available on campus as well.

Bologna - only one hour away from Florence, two hours from Venice, Milan and Rome - is a city well known for its ancient university, its medieval towers, rich cultural and social life, a strong tradition of hospitality towards students, its well-preserved city centre and its cuisine. Almost 100,000 university students live in Bologna and this makes of Bologna the most famous and most lively university town in Italy.

New Nike NFL Alternative Uniforms

The Carolina Panthers' new Nike uniforms were unveiled on Tuesday, along with a hidden message. The Panthers will have the words "Keep Pounding" stitched on the collars of their jerseys in honor of late linebacker and assistant coach Sam Mills. It is this kind of gesture that should be on every NFL uniform, remembering those who meant so much to the league. Mills was diagnosed with intestinal cancer in August 2003. Despite undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment, he remained on the field for the Panthers during the 2003-2004 season, and his inspirational plea to "keep pounding" led the team to a victory over the Dallas Cowboys in the divisional round. Mills said before the game,  "When I found out I had cancer, there were two things I could do—quit or keep pounding. I'm a fighter. I kept pounding. You're fighters, too. Keep pounding!" Keep Pounding is now a fund to sponsor cancer research programs. The Panthers' gestur...
